脂バチ
スゲーバチがあったよ、白っぽく見えるのは脂だよ、切り替えしにこれぐらい見えてれば皮
ぎし三分の一ぐらい真っ白な脂だねぇ、こいつは特別スゲー魚だよ。最近セリ場には、この
レベルのバチがあったり無かったりで、あったとしても１本か２本程度、脂バチと呼べるモン
がほとんど無い状態がカレコレ半年以上も続いてるんだ。そもそもバチの時期って８月の
お盆過ぎから年内いっぱい続く東沖物が入荷してくる４ヶ月ほどしかないんだ、それ以外
は輸入物に頼ることが多くなるんだよ。最近の脂バチはみんな南半球のオーストラリアや
ニュージーランドから来る物だったけどハワイは北太平洋だねぇ。今年は魚の時期がちょっ
と変でどっかズレてる気がするよねぇ、こうなったらついでに東沖も始まっちゃうといいんだ
けどな。
