紀州勝浦生目鉢鮪
久々にスゲー脂のバチを見たよ！今の時期、国産のバチってなんか水っぽくて赤い脂の物が多いんだけ
どコイツはいいねぇ！まるで秋の東沖で獲れた旬のバチみたいだよ。しかしこのバチどこで獲ってきてん
だ？この時期にこんないい魚がいる漁場なんて日本近海にあるんだねぇ？今までこの時期に国産の脂
バチなんて買ってなかったし、と言うより高くて買えなかったのかなぁ？いづれにしても南半球のバチが
多くてそっちのほうが安くて使えるもんだから国産にあまり縁が無かったんだと思うよ。今日はセリ場が
ガラガラで脂のある魚が極端に少ない状況だったから仕方なく国産を仕入れたんだけど、まぁ！値段も
高いけど品物も素晴らしいね！この魚の無い時にこんないい魚があるなんて奇跡的だよ！頑張って高く
売らないとね！
