それはともかく、キハダのうね肉を食べたいなぁ。

前に何かで聞いたんだけどマグロの脳天（頭の中心辺り）の身がうまいって聞いたんだけどほんと？

キハダ昨日味見したよ！血合いとるついでにだけど。一晩氷締めにしてこれから客に出すんだ。今日のはんーまいよ。ホイジャ仕事だから。

亀の若造が息子に食べさせてくれたけれど、すっかり脳天好きになってしまったようです
呼び名は美しくないのが残念なくらい
マグロの柵の切り方ってありますか？
年始に叔父が切るマグロは、筋が噛み切れなくて辛いんです

サクの切り方はスジに垂直に包丁を入れるんだ。間違ってもスジに沿って包丁を入れないこと！
