中国じゃないですけどアメリカの回転寿司じゃ一日中朝作ったすしが回ってるらしいですよ。

偵察と名ばかりの楽しい旅行だったら、ワンダーパンチですよっ！

うう、うらやましい・・・。
韓国の友達と、中国の友達が
「最近刺身を食べるようになったけどまぐろちょーうまくね？？日本に行くからうまいマグロ食わせろ！」
って言ってましたよ。
本当じゃないですかねそれ？
ちなみにイギリスの魚は食えたもんじゃないっすよ。
鮮度管理悪！
今度スーパーの魚売り場とマーケットの魚屋の写真送りますね！

上海は大都会ですから（行ったことはありません。香港から広州よりもっと田舎と、杭州から紹興近辺は仕事で行きました）生ものもそれなりの店では良いかもしれませんが、基本的に中国料理は生物を出しませんので生鮮魚貝の管理はかなり不安です。
私自身は見る目がありませんので、高価な日本風料理を中国国内で食べる勇気はありませんでした。行く前にあまりネガティブなことは言いたくありませんが、体調に気をつけて行ってらっしゃい！

大丈夫だ。中国のは寿司とは言えない。俺も一日中廻ってたマグロの乾いた寿司を喰ったよ。味？
