若旦那よっちゃんの“魚河岸ごはん”改め、築地魚河岸旦那日記

ミミイカは茹でて酢味噌で食べると結構いけまよ。味は酢味噌で誤魔化している感じはしますけど、食感はいいです。

シャコの塩茹でも旨いですよね。でもなかなかうまくからから実が取れないんですけどとりやすい方法はあるんでしょうか？
脳天の刺身なんて贅沢！

かなりうらやましいです。
しかも毎回・・・。

いつも楽しく読んでます！

で、昨夜自由が丘のセブンイレブンに行ったら、
大将のっぽいタイトルの本があって手にとってみたら、
表紙裏にお馴染みの顔が（笑）！
速攻、買って朝までに読み終わりました。
面白かったっす！

ただ、ここ見て、本読んで｢知識｣だけが溜まると｢粋｣からどんどん
離れちゃう（笑）。
鮨屋のカウンターでついしゃべりたくなる（笑）。

てなわけで、私もかっこいいオヤジ目指して寡黙にガンガン魚食います。

頭肉はうちの近所で買うことが出来ます！一度味わったら大ファンになってしまいました。
先日教えて頂いた『玉子焼き』の店、「大定」で買いました。文句無しの美味しさでした！ありがとうございます。今度は他の店でも買ってみようと思います。
