ハタハタかぁ～
ずいぶん昔だけど、2kg入りの干物が8000円とかしてビックリしたなぁ～もうー
こんなデッカイのが居るならだいぶ安くなったのかしら・・・
おいしーですよね～～

個々の所、もう仕事なんかやっても、やっても超不景気、、、、、、。
会社もこっちも死にそうですが
よちゃん忙しそうで何よりです！！

こんにちは！今回は流石魚屋！！ってコメントですね。ハタハタは魚偏に雷と書くんで東北ではカミナリウオ

って言うんですよね？北国の冬、天気が崩れ海が荒れると雷と一緒にやってくるんですって。

去年卵を味噌汁で食べました。これ、結構お勧めです。今年は塩汁＝魚醤油に挑戦します。上手くできたら

お裾分け致します。三島オコゼはあんましオコゼっぽくないですね。

小松先生，昨日の夜のNHKラジオでクジラのことを言っておられましたね．
ハタハタ，あっしはときどきショッツルじゃなくてイシルで貝焼きふうにして食べるです．うまいです．
ミシマオコゼ，胸びれが特徴ですよね．一度刺し身で食べました．味は，，，薄いというか何というか．コンニャクの刺し身に近いような印象でしたねぇ．．．コッテリと味をつけて火を通すのがいいのかも．．．

ハタハタ鮨が食べたくなりました。あと湯引きで食うのもいいなあ
前に、ハタハタの刺身が売ってたんですけどハタハタは刺身で食べるんですか？
それから、三島オコゼ気になります！ぜひ食してみたい！！

ハタハタ、先日干して食べたら美味しかったです。
数日前に別のスーパーでこんなかんじのビッグサイズのハタハタが売っていたので驚いてたのですが、やはり出回っているのですね！最初実物を見た時には、本当にハタハタ？と思ってましたが、こちらで拝見して、あれは本当だったんだと改めて思いました。
