ＤＶＤ、購入しました！
昨年録画できなかったので嬉しいです！

ナマステ！
昨年3月末に魚河岸横丁の書籍部で「魚をさばく」お立ち読みしていた時に偶然お会いした者です。
テキスト購入した際にサイン頂かなかったのは不覚でした！
放映されたものの大半は録画したのですが、きちんと整理してなかったせいか消してしまったので止むを得ず？DVD購入に貢献します。
私も釣りをしますがマコガレイの
ヌメリ取りの亀の子だわしは目からうろこでした！昨夏は大助かりでした。包丁の研ぎ方も学んでからは板さんのように夜な夜なとはいきませんが週一位は研いでいるので、切れ味鈍ったのが分かるようになりました。お陰様です。役に立つ本だとＤＶＤ付きを宣伝しておきますね。

もう季節も残りわずかかもしれませんが、島根県の島根半島沖、特に出雲大社のある大社町沖は、３月ぐらいから、かえって脂がぐっと乗ってきます。
どうやら氷見の寒ぶりとは系群が違うようで、そんな風になるみたいです。お勧めですよ！
