昨日の夕飯
まずは昨日の御報告。新潟の定置網の本マグロの中落ち。やっぱ本マグロってのはあんまし
脂がなくってもコクがあってうめぇよなぁ～ 口に入れた瞬間の独特の酸味が良いんだよねぇ～ 特に
コイツと暖かいごはん。もうなにもいらねぇ…
あと、ばぁさんが作ってくれたクロムツあらの煮付け。正直、オヤジが死んじまって、ぼぉ～っとしてる
ことが多くなってきたんで、なるべく夕食を一緒にするようにしてんだ。なんて親孝行なセガレだろっ！！！
やっぱ料理をするってのは頭を使うんだね。すっかり元気になってきた。のは良いんだが、元気になったら
なったで、言いてぇことを言いだしやがった。まぁしょーがねぇけどなぁ…この煮付、結構美味くって
『いやぁ～おばぁちゃん！美味いねぇ～ でも元の魚が良いからだよねぇ～』なんてこと言ったら、20倍に
なって返された。まぁ元気は何よりでございます。
あとアサリ。身が思ってたより小さかった。半分酒蒸にしたんだが、ちょっと残念でした。でもそれなりに
いいつまみにゃぁなったけどね。でもとりあえず黙ってるのも癪に障るんでマルちゃんに言いに行った。
したら『へぇ～そーだったんだぁ～』で、そっけなくおしまい。まっこれが河岸の商売なんだけどねっ。
世に言う”ＣＳ経営”とは、ほど遠い所にいるってこったっ！逆に言やぁ～目が利かねぇおめぇが悪いって
いう魚のプロの世界とも言えんだよなぁ～
しかし日曜日はすげぇ風だったけど、売れ口以上に今日は魚が全然なかった。あの風じゃぁ～しょーが
ねぇよなぁ～ 売るモンがねぇってのはつまらねぇよなぁ…
ちなみにこの人は仲買ではありません。仕入れにきた天ぷら屋さんです。わざわざ築地にサボりにき
てるのかぁ～？
